  6.      This file provides additional information for Shareware Distributors,
  7.      Disk Vendors and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the CTS Serial
  8.      Port Utilities package. Please refer to the LICENSE.TXT file for
  9.      additional information.
  10.  
  11.      The CTS Serial Port Utilities package is defined as containing all the
  12.      materials listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any files listed in the
  13.      PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then
  14.      the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden. Please contact
  15.      us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  17.      BBS SYSOPs: Please refer to the SYSOP.TXT text file for additional
  18.      information.

  20.      Individual and Corporate Users:  Please refer to LICENSE.TXT for
  21.      information.

  23.      For sample descriptions which you may use to describe the product

  27.                           Distribution Requirements

  30.      Individuals or corporations who wish to distribute the CTS Serial Port
  31.      Utilities package to friends or associates must do so in accordance with
  32.      the restrictions outlined in LICENSE.TXT.
  33.  
  34.      Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the CTS Serial Port
  35.      Utilities package to their disk library may do so in accordance with the
  36.      Distribution Restrictions listed below. Please contact us if you would
  37.      like your Computer Club or User Group to be placed on our mailing list
  38.      for future upgrades.

  40.      All Manufacturers (including hardware and software) who wish to
  41.      distribute any or all of the programs included in the CTS Serial Port
  42.      Utilities via any "hard medium" (including, but not limited to optical or
  43.      magnetic medium including disk, diskette, CD-ROM or tape) must obtain a
  44.      distribution license from Computer Telecommunication Systems, Inc. See
  45.      the file OEM.TXT for information on our OEM products.
  46.  
  47.      Association of Shareware Professionals Approved Vendors in good standing
  48.      are hereby given permission to distribute the CTS Serial Port Utilities
  49.      package subject to the following restrictions:
  50.  
  51.         * The CTS Serial Port Utilities package - including all related
  52.           program files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  53.           way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  54.           exception. The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of all files
  55.           that are part of the CTS Serial Port Utilities package. Small
  56.           additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
  57.           batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.
  58.  
  59.         * No price or other compensation may be charged for the CTS Serial
  60.           Port Utilities package. A distribution fee may be charged for the
  61.           cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total
  62.           (per disk) does not exceed US $10.00.

  64.         * Computer Telecommunication Systems, Inc. prohibits the distribution
  65.           of outdated versions of the CTS Serial Port Utilities package,
  66.           without written permission from Computer Telecommunication Systems,
  67.           Inc. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months old, please
  68.           contact us to ensure that you have the most current version. You may
  69.           not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  70.           otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except
  71.           as provided in this agreement.

  75.      Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  76.      software and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  77.      restricted rights applicable to commercial computer software as set
  78.      forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  79.      Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013). The
  80.      contractor/manufacturer is Computer Telecommunication Systems, Inc,
